These Terms govern the use of the MebelPro / CechPilot online service (the “Service”) available at mebelpro.app, cechpilot.app and their subdomains. The Service is provided by VL Wood OÜ, registry code 14788084, VAT EE102375471, Meeliku tn 23/2-6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 13915 Tallinn, Estonia (“we”, “Provider”). Contact: info@mebelpro.app.
MebelPro is a cloud application for managing custom furniture production: orders, production stages, workshop TV screens, stock, purchasing, customer portal and reports. Each customer (a company — the “Customer”) gets its own workspace on its own subdomain. The Customer’s administrator creates employee accounts and decides who has access.
The Service is intended for businesses. By registering, you confirm that you act on behalf of a company and are authorised to accept these Terms for it. You are responsible for the security of PIN codes and passwords of your workspace and for everything done under your accounts. Tell us immediately at info@mebelpro.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
Every new workspace gets a free trial of 30 days with full functionality, no card required. After the trial the Service requires a paid subscription: €49 per month or €490 per year per company, unlimited employees. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added where required by law (for EU VAT-registered businesses outside Estonia the reverse-charge mechanism applies). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the app or by email; access continues until the end of the paid period. Paid periods are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from the next billing period.
All data you enter (orders, customers, employees, files, photos, chat messages) belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and act as your data processor under the GDPR. You are responsible for having the right to enter personal data of your employees and customers into the Service. On request we provide an export of your data in a machine-readable format. After termination your data is kept for 30 days and then deleted, unless the law requires longer retention.
You may not use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights; attempt to gain access to other customers’ workspaces or to the infrastructure; overload or disrupt the Service; or resell it without a written agreement with us. We may suspend a workspace that violates these rules after notifying the administrator, or immediately in case of a serious security threat.
We aim to keep the Service available around the clock and make daily backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is provided by email at info@mebelpro.app on business days. Features may be added, changed or removed; we will give reasonable notice of removal of material functionality.
The Service, its software, design and documentation are owned by the Provider. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business during the subscription. Feedback and suggestions may be used by us without obligation.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or loss of data caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a material breach of these Terms or non-payment lasting more than 14 days after a reminder. Sections 5, 8 and 9 survive termination.
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in the app or by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. The current version is always available at mebelpro.app/legal/.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by the Harju County Court, Estonia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer-protection rules are not affected.
